This charming semi-detached cottage has well proportioned rooms creating a spacious and welcoming holiday home. Located in the parklands of historic Wadhurst Castle - guests can enjoy panoramic views from the first floor windows, picturesque country walks around the estate perimeter and a gentle stroll will take you to the village with its wide variety of shops and pubs. Kitchen has a slate tiled floor and electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table and four chairs and plenty of storage both in units and built-in cupboards

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed which can be separated to make twin beds if required, bedside tables, chair, chaise longue, extensive built-in hanging and shelf space with dressing table and superb views to the castle and the parklands beyond
Bedroom 2 with a king- size bed, which can be split into twin beds if required, bedside tables, dressing table ,chair,wardrobe with shelving and wonderful views of the parkland
Bedroom 3 with twin beds, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes,dressing table,and chair, and views across the castle grounds
Bathroom with vinyl flooring, enamelled cast iron bath, over-bath shower, glass shower screen, washbasin, shaverpoint and w.c.

Garden: Private garden in front of the cottage, estate gardeners will require access at times.
Parking: Space for two cars in front of the cottage and several behind
Heating: Gas central heating and working fire.
Also Provided: Incoming telephone. Logs. 
Notes:  Please contact owner before arrival if you require the beds in a different arrangement than as specified above.
Short breaks not accepted between 20th April to 7th September 2012
Security Deposit: £100 deposit payable on arrival. Sterling or Euros accepted.
