With space to stretch out and private comfortable bedrooms the home is perfect for families, small groups and couples.

Beautiful courtyard garden, hand made kitchen and high quality furnishings throughout.

Situated in walking distance to a varied selection of cafes, restaurants, and bars in central Norwich as well as the theatre and St Andrews Hall.

Be one of the first to stay in this newly listed property The Friars House, after an extensive and high quality renovation, this townhouse is a beautiful spacious property with an abundance of traditional features & finishes with city views at every turn.

The Friars House is steeped in history and located in historic Elm Hill. Only a stones throw from restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping.

The space is the perfect pied-a-terre for a city break, open the front door and you are in Norwichs famous lanes, or if you want the best of both worlds there is easy access in less than an hours driving time to North Norfolk and the big skies, the broads and local attractions.

We have 4 bedrooms and sleep 6 plus one child.

At ground level, you’re welcomed by a spacious hallway with basement to the left with hanging space for coats and walking boots.

There are four beautiful bedrooms – bedroom 1 has a French antique king bed and en-suite with freestanding bath,

Bedroom 2 and 3 are also king beds with a shared shower room.

Bedroom 4 - This room is accessed via Bedroom 1 and so only lends itself to being a childs single room. We can set up this room with children toys and books or alternatively this space can be used as an office, but will have the single bed in situ.

Snuggle up in the living room area and get toasty in front of the fire after exploring Norwich or eating out or order in and enjoy the house. There’s a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher and dining table to seat six, with French patio doors leading to the courtyard garden, lit with festoons, comfortable seating, fire pit and bbq area. With seating for seven, you can sit out regardless of what the weather is doing once the fire is lit.

Stretch out on our comfy sofa, nestle into one of the armchairs or sink into the giant beanbag to watch a movie on the large screen TV.

This vacation home is located in Norwich City Center, a neighborhood in Norwich. Norfolk Broads and Lion Wood reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include James Stuart Garden and The Plantation Garden. Megazone and Sweetbriar Marshes are also worth visiting.
