7 Brudenell Street, Aldeburgh

Suffolk. Sleeps up to 7

This stylishly renovated property has 3 bedrooms and can host up to 7 people, with a superb location in Aldeburgh. Perfect for a beachside break, you'll find your front door mere metres from the popular shingle beach, as well as being conveniently located for other amenities. With the town’s popular high street shops and restaurants one road away, the yacht club a short walk and the Brudenell Hotel, with its reputable restaurant and outside terrace, literally over the road, what more could one ask of a holiday location?

With the beach being quite so close there is little need for your own outside space, but should you wish to enjoy an al fresco drink at the end of the day, there is an open area to back of the house - perfect for catching the evening sun.

The property is also ideal for dog-owners as, with the property being located at the yacht club end of town, dogs are allowed on this section of beach year-round. The main beach does not allow dogs between May and September.

Ground Floor: Sitting room/dining area With a coal effect gas fire plus a flatscreen Smart television with Freeview channels and Sonos sound system. The dining area seats seven comfortably around a modern shaker style table. Kitchen Lovely light, well equipped kitchen leading directly off the dining area. Cloakroom Opening off the hall with WC and wash basin. First Floor: Bedroom one King-size bedroom with basin. Bedroom two Triple bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. This is a lovely, bright room with a west facing window. Bedroom three King-size bedroom, elegantly decorated with high ceilings and a large sash window. Family bathroom Bath with shower over, basin fitted into a cabinet, WC and heated towel rail. Outside: There is an open area to back of the house with a small table and chairs and barbecue. Directly behind the house is an off-road parking space. Guests will almost always be able to use this for themselves - an added bonus as parking in Aldeburgh during the summer can be a challenge. Additional Information: The property sleeps 5 guests plus 2 with two king-size beds, a single bed and bunk beds. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. One well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).
