The cottage sleeps seven people in four bedrooms which are made up of a double, a king-size double, a twin and a single as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a breakfast table. To the outside is unrestricted roadside parking in front of property and nearby car park as well as an enclosed, private garden with furniture. Set in a great location, 114 Pakefield Street is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

Town: Located on the Suffolk coast, Pakefield is a suburb of Lowestoft, however it was historically a village in its own right and is home to the parish church of All Saints and St Margarets. Pakefield has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a real fish and chip shop, and is home to The Seagull Theatre, as well as an art gallery. Nearby Lowestoft is a traditional seaside resort with a wide range of amenities including the Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, whilst south of Pakefield is the coastal town of Southwold, famous for its pier, busy harbour and the colourful beach huts which line the seafront.
This vacation home is located in Lowestoft. The Seagull Theatre and The Marina Theatre are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Norfolk Broads and Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve. Lowestoft Maritime Museum and Royal Naval Patrol Service Museum are also worth visiting.
