The property is NON-SMOKING and the burning of candles is NOT allowed. There is a private area outside at the rear where smokers can indulge.

ACCESS: the front entrance to the apartment is on the level with no steps to climb. There is also a door at the rear with external stone steps down to the yard. The toilet and shower are NOT wheelchair accessible.

FREE PARKING is available on the quiet 20mph limited road immediately outside the cottage.
