'Foursomes' has been fully refurbished to a high standard and is a very popular addition to our holiday register.
The property offers accommodation over 3 floors and sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
The ground floor has French doors from the front garden to the lounge diner with table and chairs and comfortable suite. There is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.
Super fast WIFI.
The fully fitted kitchen has gas oven and hob, dishwasher and plenty of storage.
To the rear there is a utility room with washing machine.
The first floor has shower room with shower cubicle, WC and sink as well as a heated towel radiator.
There are two bedrooms, each having two single beds in them.
The top floor houses the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite with shower, WC and sink. This room has lovely views across the golf course as to the sea.
The property has gas central heating and is mostly double glazed.
Linen and towels are included in the rental.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.
There are courtyard gardens to the front and rear, the front one is fully enclosed, the rear one is not but opens to the golf course. BBQ.
Dogs are allowed when on a course of "Programme".
