This lovely heavily beamed semi-detached country cottage with its open fires, cosy rooms and wonderful views over the fields stands above the delightful village of Woodchurch.  A short walk takes you to the two village pubs, the butchers, the post office and village stores and closeby is the Rare Breed Centre, Smallhythe Place, Chapel Down vineyard and the popular country town of Tenterden with its wide tree-lined high street and many interesting shops, tea rooms and restaurants. It is an easy drive to Rye and Hastings or the wonderful sandy beaches of Camber. Shop: 0.5 mile  Pub: 0.5 mile Coast: 14 miles
