Modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a rear porch with storage for shoes, etc.

FIRST FLOOR
A twin bedroom with two single beds and TV.

All beds have duvets. Linen and towels are included in the rental.

The spacious family bathroom has large bath with shower over, sink and WC. It also has views of the golf course.

SECOND FLOOR
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite WC and sink. It also benefits from superb views across the golf course and to the sea.

OUTSIDE
Rear garden which is mostly patio, having bench and table with chairs. There is a BBQ.

The front garden is brick paved and has the advantage of a golf buggy store with charging point, ideal for the keen golfers.

Parking is available on the road outside.

The property has double glazing and gas central heating.

This is a Saturday to Saturday Booking. Booking fee is £60 per stay.
