Spectacular, Grade II Listed Georgian Townhouse In Prestigious Spencer Square. Just a few minutes walk to the Royal Harbour & Marina and the Western under cliff Beach. Just round the corner are the independent shops of Addington Street, with cafes, antique shops and a bakery on your doorstep. With three huge bedrooms a cute courtyard and an abundance of entertaining space the house is perfect for families and groups alike.

On street parking is free on Spencer Square and the surrounding area. There is a small supermarket just around the corner, an amazing bakery and a Waitrose in the centre of Ramsgate.

The house had 3 large king-size bedrooms, one which is ensuite. The main bathroom has a freestanding bath with huge walk-in shower. There is also a separate WC, and no shortage of entertaining spaces.
On the upper ground floor there is a lounge and a further seating area, which doubles up as a sofa bed. On the lower ground floor you will find the timber panelled kitchen, dining room and snug, with access to a small rear courtyard.

This vacation home is located in Ramsgate. Granville Theatre and Dickens House Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bleak House and Margate Tudor House. The Custom House and The Pinball Parlour are also worth visiting.
