Modern ground floor bathroom, has a bath with shower over, shower screen, WC and wash basin.
First floor.
Family bedroom, with a double bed & bunk beds. This is a double aspect room. To the rear there are SEA VIEWS.
There is a double bedroom with SEA VIEWS.
To the front is a twin bedroom.
All of the beds are equipped with duvets.
There is a separate WC on the first floor.
There is a games room with snooker table, table football & darts board. For younger children there is a fort with soldiers, a farm with animals & other toys.
For outside there is bowls, quoits, cricket & badminton.
The rear garden has a patio & lawn. At the end of the garden is a gate which leads you directly to the Beach. No roads to cross, nice and safe for the family.
There is ample parking off road on the block paved drive to the front of the property.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental.
'Purely Dene' sleeps a maximum of 8 persons and it is important that this figure is not exceeded.
This is a non-smoking property.
Bed linen is available for hire on request in advance at a cost of £40. Towels can be provided for an additional cost of £20.
This is a Saturday to Saturday Booking. Booking fee is £60 per stay.
