Sitting in the heart of the historic and attractive village of Brenchley is beautifully renovated Town Farm Oast. Elegantly furnished and very well equipped, this character detached property is an exceptional holiday home. Brenchley lies some 6 miles to the east of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Surrounded by orchards and farmland, the village is right in the middle of the Weald of Kent and in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Many of the houses surrounding the green date back to the 18th century and several have the typical Kentish construction of timber frames with white weatherboarding. The Oast, with its roundel forming a superb sitting room and master bedroom has a sun trap patio garden and plenty of off road parking plus only a short stroll to the excellent pub and butchers shop!  There is also a Sports Bar in the village hall - with full size snooker table and plasma TV for all the sports fanatics!   Shop: 0.1 miles  Pub: 0.1 miles Coast: 25 miles

is in the roundel part of the Oast so it is circular, it is very comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, occasional table, drop leaf table and two chairs, 32" flat screen TV, DVD and French doors lead out to the garden and side patio
Dining Room with lovely original beams has a woodburning stove in a very attractive brick fireplace, extending table to seat eight or twelve with leather dining chairs
Kitchen is very comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, electric range oven and hob, extractor hood, American fridge/freezer, microwave, a mixture of granite and oiled beech wood worktops and door to patio and garden
