Living/dining room: With 24’’ Sky TV (basic package), DVD player, double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and a selection of DVDs, books, games and toys.
Bedroom area: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request).
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Enclosed garden with patio and barbecue. Natural grounds. Use of owner’s hot tub (available on request, for use during daylight hours, £40 per booking). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an old stone building and sloping banks in the grounds. . This beautifully situated first floor annexe is located above a garage on a working farm near the picturesque market town of Ross-on-Wye. Great for a couples’ country getaway, this open plan first floor studio apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is conveniently located just under a mile from a shop and pub.

The ancient market town has attracted visitors since the 18th century who come to enjoy the scenic Wye Valley and surrounding countryside. Within the town there is a wide range of shopping, social and sporting facilities. Situated within the Forest of Dean, there is good walking from the door and the cathedral cities of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester are within easy driving distance. Visit Symonds Yat Rock, famous for its nesting peregrine falcons. Other activities include rock climbing, fishing, canoeing and walking in the Malverns, Brecon Beacons and Skirrid Fawr. For golfers, the South Herefordshire Golf Club is just 3 miles away, and opportunities for horse riding can be found just 1 mile away. Gloucester railway station is located just 11 miles away giving easy access to the wider area. Shop, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
