Blake Cottage is a perfect place for two: quiet, peaceful with space to relax and enjoy the unspoilt ancient Forest of Dean. The cottage has been sympathetically restored, while retaining its charm and character, with the addition of solar panels to save energy.It has a 4 star rating from Visit Britain and a Silver Award from the GTBS and we are committed to sustainablity. Well lit rooms with large windows overlooking the forest and a secluded garden with a large stand of oaks beyond where you can enjoy watching wildlife. From this base you can walk, cycle, dine and shop without a car and there is a secure space to store bikes and boots.
