First floor: Bedroom 4 Master bedroom, with 5ft double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and wash hand basin, waterside views. Bedroom 5 with 5ft double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and wash hand basin. Bathroom with bath and electric shower over and WC.

Outside: The property is approached via a gated driveway and is surrounded by beautiful mature gardens and large lawn, with stunning waterside views of Bantham Estuary and Burgh Island. Picnic bench, garden furniture and charcoal Weber barbecue provided.
