With Freeview TV and DVD player.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Small lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. For couples who want to be close to the beach, look no further than this one bedroom detached cottage. Located in the Sandbraes area of Whiting Bay, guests can walk across to the park which has direct access onto the beach. A walk along the beach is a great way to take in the Arran air while enjoying the stunning views of Holy Isle. After a morning walk, enjoy a coffee and some home baking in the local store next door to the the cottage, which also operates as a small café.
The main village of Whiting Bay offers a bar, restaurants, coffee shop, golf club, putting green and bowling green and is only 8 miles from the main village of Brodick where the ferry arrives into. Inside the cottage, the large living area is upstairs to take advantage of the beautiful sea views across the bay. There is a small garden at the back of the cottage with seating area for dining al fresco or just relaxing in the sun. Beach 200 yards. Shop 50 yards, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
