The stylishly designed living space of 1 Stonedelph presents a wealth of original features of this 18th Century cottage; it is perfect for cosy nights in with the log burner to keep you toasty. A secluded chair set back into the wall creates an ideal place to snuggle up and read your favourite book. The French doors stream light into the sitting room, opening up onto the patio and enclosed garden space. Upstairs there are two comfortably-sized bedrooms, with a modern twist on a traditionally designed bathroom. All furnishings are picked perfectly for each room giving a high standard of finish to the cottage.
The furnishings of 2 Stonedelph are personally picked and suit each room’s personality. Exposed brick and oak beams emanate the property’s long history. On the ground floor the former coal store has now been creatively converted into a single bedroom, and upstairs there are two well-proportioned double bedrooms and the family bathroom.
Within this rural location there are many fun activities close by, Bolney Wine Estate is only a short journey away, and the Half Moon Pub is within walking distance. The Stonedelph Cottages are fabulous base for exploring the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in which the property lies. There are plenty of activities tailored towards the explorers, but slightly further afield are more than enough activities to cater for all the familys’ needs.
There is a tennis court 250 metres from the cottage, available free of charge (a basketball hoop, rackets and balls are also provided); please note this is shared with the other holiday cottages on the estate and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a communal games room 300 metres away with a pool table and table tennis.
