This large semi detached farmhouse is set in a large courtyard of similar properties, surrounded by fields, mountains and forest. Beautiful walks to enjoy, with the Llanllwni Mountain in full view. The Brechfa Forest is a short drive with lovely walks and picnic spots. For coastal lovers, the seaside delights and sandy beaches of New Quay, Llangrannog and Aberporth are well worth a visit, offering boat trips, water sports and a host of shops, pubs and eateries. A little further along is Aberaeron, famous for the colourful palette of its harbourside buildings. Llandysul is just a 15 minute drive with independent shops and river walks to enjoy. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter the spacious hallway, where there is a good sized lounge to your left with ample comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. To the opposite side of the hallway is a single bedroom with a walk in wardrobe space. Further along the hall is the open plan kitchen/diner. This extremely social space is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and microwave. The dining area has a large table and chairs where everyone can enjoy a family get together and has doors to the rear outside space. This room leads to a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, and also leads to a shower room with shower and WC. Stairs from the main hallway head up to the first floor, with the remaining sleeping accommodation where there is a further four bedrooms. A master super king size bedroom with lovely views, two super king size zip and link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) and a further single bedroom. This floor also has a contemporary bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there is a raised patio to the fore of the property with rattan furniture, and to the rear is a super space, all enclosed, with a decked area with furniture accessed straight from the dining room. This area leads to a BBQ area, with a charcoal BBQ and up some steps to a large raised lawn area, perfect for those wishing to burn off some energy. The raised lawn also has a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings, after a day of exploration. There is also an exclusive 7 seater hot tub for you pure bliss! Off road parking for four cars.
