Due to its countryside location, there are ample nature laden walks from the doorstep so bring your walking boots, and with miles of flat country lanes it s perfect for those who prefer life on two wheels. Situated just three miles south of the busy seaside resort of Cleethorpes with all its restaurants and amenities. There are miles of sandy beaches and nature reserves that are unique to Lincolnshire, and a must for nature lovers. The seals visit the coast every year at Donna Nook and it makes a great day out for the family. Lincolnshire is steeped in history, Louth, Brigg and Horncastle are bustling local market towns and Alford is a lovely, small historical town. Other places of interest are Beverley, a stunning historic town with Minster and good shopping, and the cities of Hull, Lincoln, and York are all within easy reach. Stepping into the accommodation, the first thing you notice is the high ceilings and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. After a day of exploring, snuggle up and relax on the corner sofa in front of the TV/DVD. In the dining area, there is a dining table providing a good spot for lazy breakfasts, prepared in the bright and airy kitchen with everything you need for a home away from home stay. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing this floor is the spacious downstairs shower room with WC. Heading upstairs to the gallery landing is a king size bed with dual aspect windows overlooking the surrounding farmland, so bring a good book and enjoy a cup of tea in bed and a lazy morning. Outside, there is a private courtyard with hot tub, charcoal BBQ and nearby seating, perfect to enjoy on warm summers evening. There are also outdoor kennels if required, and off road parking for two cars.
