Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you are met with the delightful king size bedroom with ample storage space, TV and spacious en suite bathroom with bath and WC. Venturing outside to beautiful mature shared rear garden, with patio and private seating area, perfect for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing across the beautiful Pentland Hills. There is also a front garden area and off road parking is available for one car on the private driveway. Roadside parking is also available.
