The area boasts an abundance of fantastic days out and caters for all tastes. Suffolk Food Hall provides lots of local produce with a restaurant next door overlooking the River Orwell. Jimmy s farm and wildlife park is great for kids with plenty of play areas running popular events throughout the year. Alton Water Reservoir is set in 400 acres of beautiful Suffolk countryside and is the perfect spot for walks, bike rides, wildlife spotting and fishing. Shotley Marina in Harwich harbour is a great spot to sit and relax where the River Stour meets the River Orwell and watch the boats sail by. A little further afield you will find cinemas, swimming pools, ski centres, golf clubs and museums. On entering the ground floor into the hallway which leads you to the large kitchen which is well equipped with three electric ovens and two hobs, three fridges, one freezer, two microwaves and a washing machine making it perfect for larger groups including a large breakfast bar and a separate table that seats 18. Guests can cook, eat and socialise all within this area and on a nice day the French doors can be opened allowing you to sit outside and admire the views of the surrounding countryside. There is a handy WC on the ground floor and lift stop number one. Go up a flight of stairs and the entire first floor is given over to the main living area. Relax on one of the comfy new sofas around the 65" Smart TV, play a game of pool or sit and read with a coffee there is ample space for small groups and individuals to enjoy this room without getting in each other s way. The sheer size of this property provides a layout that works effectively for many different groups. With nine bedrooms over three floors the tower can easily accommodate individual families. Each floor has three bedrooms a king size with en suite shower room, one twin and one twin zip and link (which can be made up as a super king size on request) and also a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC. All bedrooms have a TV and plenty of storage space. In addition to the large living area, on the top floor is the games room which is home to a cross trainer plus a Nintendo Wii and a Sega Mega Drive along with two separate TV screens which should keep everyone entertained, on this floor there is an amplified music mixer DJ deck, and a retro arcade machine with games such as Space Invaders, Star Wars and many others. Guests can make the most of the high ceilings, and wander around. Overlooking the gallery area take a look at the renovation pictures or look out of the windows for an impressive view. Tucked away the theatre style cinema room, upgraded to HD with a Blu ray DVD library, there is also a streaming box with Netflix, Amazon, Iplayer , this provides an exciting extra luxury to this holiday home. The tiered seating accommodates all guests and the stairs can be lit up in the dark. The powerful sound system can also be used with the karaoke machine, sing along to your favourite tunes, a perfect facility for hen parties and other celebrations. There is even a podium available for business presentations. To get away from it all, take the stairs from the games room up on to the roof deck. Here you can sit in the roof garden with a cold drink and enjoy the backdrop of surrounding countryside from the viewing platform. At 80 feet high, the viewing telescope will be mesmerized by the views even on a misty day. There is a brick built BBQ surround so all you need to do is bring your own disposable BBQ's to enjoy dining alfresco at the banquet table which can seat 18. There is a basketball court have some fun outdoors with friends or family. The owner is happy, or guests to arrange their own hot tub hire for the duration of their stay, guests will need to liaise with hot tub hire companies directly.
