To the south is the quaint harbour of Boscastle, beyond that, Tintagel site of Authurian legend and then popular Rock, Polzeath and Padstow. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wood burner and TV invites you to curl up and relax after a day of exploring all of what Cornwall has to offer. The stylish kitchen area with 2 electric ovens, 1 hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine is the perfect spot for enjoying family meals. On the lower ground floor, there are 2 doubles with direct access onto the sun terrace and pool and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request) all with en suite shower rooms. You can also make use of the games room with football table, Smart TV with surround sound and connection for smart phone. Benefits from direct access to the pool and sun terrace with exclusive use of outdoor 11 metre swimming pool, heated May to September; please be aware that as an outdoor pool the temperature is around 20 degC in spring and except in exceptional weather seldom above 23degC in summer.
