During your stay, the other local attractions of Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and National Trust Arlington Court are all well worth a visit. This apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via a flight of external steps. Upon entering, you will walk into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with TV/DVD and bi folding doors to balcony where you can relax on the garden furniture and enjoy the stunning sea views or why not cook up a storm in the kitchen? With electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher. The separate WC also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leaving the open plan living area you will find three bedrooms. 1 king size enjoying stunning views and with an en suite shower and WC, another king size room (can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en suite Jack and Jill bathroom with small bath, shower and WC, and there is also a double room with a small sized double bed, also with access to Jack and Jill bathroom. Outside you will find an enclosed balcony with seating and private hot tub from where you can enjoy beautiful sea views.
