The perfect location for a relaxing holiday at Winterton on Sea on the East Norfolk Coast, set on the edge of this pretty seaside village. The sea is approximately 0.5 miles away with wide and gently sloping dog friendly all year round beaches, ideal for picnics and relaxing. Further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The Norfolk Broads are a short drive along with Great Yarmouth approximately 8 miles with its pleasure beach and tourist attractions. With lots of wide open space this quiet corner of Norfolk is a great place to forget your busy life and get some fresh air. Guests entering this charming cottage into a spacious open plan living area, all on one level, kitchen/lounge/diner, French door leading to the patio and garden areas, with exposed timber beams adding to the charm of the cottage, and large velux windows giving the space lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped having an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and a washing machine . The lounge area has comfortable sofas, a smart TV/DVD and games console, the dining area has table and chairs looking to onto the patio area. The master king size bedroom has an exposed stone wall and timber beams. A smart TV. The twin bedroom (5'10 by 2'6 beds) also having a smart TV. and French doors leading outside. A family bathroom comprises of bath, shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Heading outside the property has an enclosed patio area, with garden furniture and a BBQ. An established garden with lawn area and shrub planting, along with ample off road parking.
