Sat on the edge of the Wolds the market town of Louth, has an abundance of independent shops, cafes and pubs to explore. Cadwell Park racing circuit is a short drive away and for those that enjoy golf, there are several within easy reach. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook (famous for the seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Louth tennis court is available to non members. For those who love shopping the Cathedral city of Lincoln is a short drive away. Step into the lounge/kitchen/diner with its stylish kitchen overlooking the garden, it has everything you need for cooking up a meal for everyone, an electric oven and induction hob, fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast bar has space for four and is ideal for tucking into a hearty brunch before heading out for the day. In the lounge area it offers comfortable seating, TV/DVD and leads to the rear garden. There are two king size zip and link bedrooms (which can be made into 2'6" twins on request). Also there is a shower room with shower and WC. Through the back door, leads onto a pretty garden space and bistro table. The owners have six acres for you to explore, part of this is a picnic field with benches and wild flower hedges making this the perfect place for the kids and the dog to play.
