The lounge area enjoys splendid garden views and has TV with built in DVD player ideal for relaxing and watching your favourite TV programme, or to enjoy a good movie. Continuing on from the lounge area into the hallway you will find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Next, you are met with the lovely king size bedroom. Followed by the pretty twin bedroom, both with plenty of storage space and lovely garden views. Venturing outside into the mature garden, there is a seating area perfect for alfresco dining and lazy evening star gazing over the beautiful 18 hole parkland golf course, with the club house and restaurant just a short stroll away. There is ample off road parking available at the side of the cottage.
