Historic Pembroke is a short drive, with historic Norman castle, the birth place of Henry Tudor, and a good selection of independent shops and restaurants. Many stunning beaches within easy reach, such as Freshwater East a short drive away and Broad Haven South, a few minutes further by car, with lily ponds, tea room and beautiful beach for bathing. Many nearby visitor attractions, including Oakwood, Blue Lagoon and Folly Farm and Heatherton or enjoy a day out to the seaside resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby. Enter into this magnificent farmhouse, comprehensively refurbished in 2022, through a handy boot room where you can kick off your shoes after a busy day exploring. Step into the beautiful lounge which boasts a traditional stone fireplace with a wood burner set at its heart. There is comfortable seating for eight to ten people making this a delightful area to relax and unwind in front of the TV. From the lounge head through to the games room, perfect for younger members of the family, with pool table and other assorted items, providing entertainment and fun throughout your stay. Leading on from here you start to see the impressive renovations that have been made to the Farmhouse, which boats a large dining room and the most fabulous kitchen which is the real heart of this beautiful home. Flooded with natural light, there is a dining table which overlooks the lawns and open fields to the rear of the property, this is an entertaining space which is large enough to accommodate the whole family. The brand new 2022 kitchen is both inviting and practical, with double oven, two dishwashers, American style fridge freezer, wine chiller, microwave and further seating so it has everything you require to cook up those delicious meals. On the ground floor of the property there is also a utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC and the added bonus of a downstairs double bedroom with en suite bathroom. A beautiful wooden staircase takes you up to the first floor sleeping accommodation with five spacious bedrooms of which 4 boast en suite bathrooms plus the main family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed and an en suite shower room and WC. There are a further two king size bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms and WCs and a further two twin rooms, one of them with en suite. There are two extra beds and two travel cots are available upon request. Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with newly installed wood fired hot tub, with a patio, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with mature trees and shrubs, with fields beyond, making this a beautiful family space and the perfect spot to entertain. There is ample parking for six cars.
