Llansteffan is a pretty village with pubs, shops and a fantastic gallery, all sat below an imposing castle. Amble along the sandy beach and dunes, enjoying an ice cream or a bag of chips along the waterfront. A fantastic holiday destination that is perfect for couples looking to get away from it all. Plenty to do for those with itchy feet, Carmarthen the nearest town, has shops, restaurants and a cinema. For nature lovers a visit to the National Botanic Garden of Wales is a must and for culture vultures nearby Laugharne, which is renowned for the writings of its most famous resident, Dylan Thomas. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter this fantastic Nordic style detached lodge into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a light and airy space, which belies your expectations from the outside and has a contemporary decor throughout. The lounge has seating, TV/DVD and a warming wood burner for those cosy night s after a day of exploration. The dining area connects this space to the kitchen area and is a great spot to sit, chat and plan the day. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed and provides a relaxed environment, and completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a very pretty, decked area with adjoining garden to be enjoyed. There is a portable charcoal BBQ which can be used at the property or even better, on the estuary beach. There is also ample parking for one car.
