This stunning property is located in a beautiful location, set on a working farm with a stream running by, this is truly idyllic. Ideal as a base for walking, with the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains on your doorstep. The lovely little town of Crickhowell, with two butchers, a bakers, Post Office and shops is just six miles. The famous literary town of Hay on Wye, just 25 minutes with a plethora of independent stores and book shops. Nearby attractions include trekking centres within 10 20 minutes drive and some of the riding trails in The Golden Valley riding centre. For those simply looking to relax and unwind, with a pub within walking distance, there are very few better spots. Enter this spacious country retreat, into the hallway that leads to the character kitchen/diner. This large well equipped room has electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a feature dining area and additional two seater sofa looking out to the garden. Through to the stylish lounge with Sky TV/DVD/Amazon Firestick and cosy wood burner, along with underfloor heating, making this an inviting residence whatever the season. There is also a downstairs WC. There are two separate staircases, the first from the lounge, leads to two bedrooms a king size with Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, and a bunk bedroom. The second staircase leads to a further two bedrooms, both of these are doubles and a separate shower room with WC. Externally there is a lovely, enclosed garden with sunny aspect, lawn, decked area, full size foldable table tennis table and BBQ. Enjoy the newly added riverside terrace, with undercover eight seater patio table and chairs located overlooking the burbling brook, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing drink watching the children play or for an al fresco meal. There is a separate garden room accessed externally via the enclosed garden, use this space to relax and unwind reading a book or let the fun begin on the table football. This separate area can also be utilised as a separate sleeping area, as there are 2 pull out beds available for guests to use. Garden room has TV, DVD player and games console. There is private parking for two cars.
