Located at the confluence of two rivers in Pandy, this property is just over a mile fromthe local shops and pub. A little further afield, the vibrant towns of Wrexham, Llangollen and the market town of Oswestry all offer an array of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Culture lovers should head for the National Trust s Chirk Castle and Erddig, while thrill seekers should make the most of the white water rafting and canoeing available locally. Inside, the accommodation is spacious and open plan, with plenty of entertainment and reception rooms to occupy all guests. Prepare group meals in the large kitchen, which features tiled flooring, a central island and ample surface space. Once prepared, enjoy meals together in the sunny lounge/diner, which opens onto the patio through glass doors. At the other end of this room, plump sofas surround a brick inglenook fireplace with wood burner for enjoying cosy evenings in. While some guests relax in front of the TV, others can make use of the two games rooms, one of which features a snooker table and the other an Xbox. This property offers five individually decorated bedrooms. One king size bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room, while two further king size rooms feature an additional single bed for a child and an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. There is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with overhead shower and one twin with an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. With a snug/DVD room for those cosy nights in front of the TV with a glass of wine or a hot cup of tea following a day of exploring. Step outside from the dining area onto a sunny decked patio area where there is garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco meals overlooking the river.
