A country location set between the small community villages of Mamhilad and Penperlleni and just a short drive from the market town of Abergavenny, well known for its food festivals. There are plenty of walking opportunities right from your door with local paths following the canal and a bridge that takes you to the moored boats on the other side of the canal. The property is also within easy reach of the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. Slightly further afield, Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Brecon and Hay on Wye are all worth a visit, always with something to see and do. Enter the property into the bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, all newly refurbished and set across one level. The lounge area has comfortable seating with TV and countryside views, the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. Prepare a meal in the kitchen, well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. The dining area is set in between these two areas making it a sociable area to enjoy a family meal or a lazy breakfast. When you re ready for a good night s sleep head to one of the two stylish bedrooms, a double or a twin, both with handmade beds. Completing the accommodation is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC, along with lovely toiletries provided. Heading outside you will find an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and your own exclusive hot tub just around the corner for extra privacy, a great spot for some stargazing. There is private parking for two cars. Here you will also find a gateway that leads to the canal.
