This spacious detached property is set in the Brecon Beacons National Park and has panoramic views. It is a fabulous location for those wanting to explore the area, whether it be walking or cycling and heading into the town of Brecon, with its array of coffee shops, galleries, historic buildings and museums. The property is nestled on a caravan park just outside Brecon and boasts six bedrooms, a large living room, study, spacious kitchen/dining room which is great for family dinners and get togethers with friends, a large enclosed garden, and a games room which has table football and table tennis. There is also a children’s play area opposite the property on the caravan site. There is a shop on-site which is open from April to November, as well as a soft play centre (at cost). There is a pub in Groesffordd, a 10-minute walk, which serves food (booking advisable), as well as plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars in Brecon, 1 mile away.

There is plenty to do in Brecon itself, with the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh a short distance from the property, as well as a theatre and cathedral. If you fancy taking things at a slower pace, why not take a barge ride down the canal? The town is also the home of the Brecon Jazz Festival in the summer. The literary town of Hay-on-Wye is 16 miles away with its array of books shops. Brynich Villa is centrally located with access routes to Swansea, Cardiff, Abergavenny and Hereford. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
