There are plenty of activities to enjoy locally, including horse riding, an 18-hole golf course at Ardee, and horse racing at Fairyhouse, while Meath’s fine sandy beaches offer good swimming and windsurfing. The Neolithic sites of Newgrange and Lough Crew are also within easy reach.. Approximate distance to Dublin Airport is 69 km.
