Kitchen area: Farmhouse style with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tiled floor.

Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot. Small natural lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Situated in a rural location, on the owner’s working sheep and dairy farm, adjacent to the owner’s home, and approximately ½ mile from the local village Arvagh and 11 miles from Cavan town. The local area is very picturesque, and is set close to Lough Garty and overlooked by the Burse Mountain, which dates from the Neolithic era.
If you are looking for a cosy, get away from it all location, then this detached, single-storey property is in the ideal place for your holiday. Although this property is superbly rural, it is also centrally located to the larger towns of Belfast, 100 miles, Enniskillen, 35 miles, Longford, 32 miles, and Sligo, 60 miles, and are all within easy access. This area is a walker’s paradise with the Cavan Way and the Cuilcagh walkway, which both are renowned for their marvellous views. Other places of interest include Killykeen Forest Park, Marble Arch Caves and Cavan Crystal. There are several golf courses in the area, plus fishing and equestrian facilities. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.. Approximate distance to Knock airport is 105 km.
