Enniscorthy Castle, dating back to the 13th century, lies in the heart of the town and is well worth a visit, even for the museum and the views from the turrets. There are beautiful beaches just a short drive away including Curracloe beach, Kilmuckerige and Blackwater. This area is very well catered for walkers with many routes close by including a scenic walk along the banks of the River Slaney. Mount Leinster, Black Rock Mountain and The Backstairs are all with easy reach. There is lots to see and do when staying in this lovely apartment. Beach 14½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile..
