Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet (also access from hall).
Bedroom 2: With twin beds and en-suite wet room with shower, grab rails, shower seat and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With twin beds and en-suite with walk-in shower and toilet.. Ground source heat pump central heating (underfloor in some rooms). Private parking for 4 cars. Wheelchair access. . Making an ideal base for your North Norfolk holiday, these beautiful detached barn conversions are tucked away on a quiet country lane, enjoying beautiful countryside surroundings, yet only ¾ mile from the sandy beaches of Bacton and Walcott along the North Norfolk Coast. They are also just a short drive away from the traditional seaside towns of Cromer, Sheringham, Mundesley and Sea Palling. Having no stairs makes both barns very popular with both young and older guests. Greenwood Barn (ref UKC3914) has been designed internally to be more friendly to any guests with mobility issues. The corridors and doors have been kept wider for wheelchair access, extra space in one of the bedrooms and grab rails in the wet room, which also has non-slip flooring. Retaining their own privacy, the barns are located on the site of the owner’s smallholding, which was the former site of the old Witton windmill, it is just the base of the mill that remains today. As well as lots of natural wildlife to observe, some of the farmyard animals including chickens, ducks, geese and donkeys do not always adhere to their boundaries, so may drop by during your stay to say hello!

Enjoy a bracing walk to the beach or the circular foot trails, paths and quiet lanes that can be enjoyed direct from your doorstep. Dog walkers will welcome the close proximity of Bacton Woods, made up of 280 acres of woodland, which are just 10 minutes away by car. Three way-marked walks can be found here to leisurely explore and discover the 200-year-old trees. The coastal village of Happisburgh is just 3½ miles away, with is iconic red and white striped lighthouse, which is open to the public at different times of the year. A short drive will bring you to the amazing gardens of East Ruston Old Vicarage where there are over 32 acres to stroll around. The beach at Horsey Gap is a must in the winter months, where guests can see hundreds of seal pups on the beach.

Spend a day exploring the Norfolk Broads, where Wroxham, known as the ‘capital of the Broads’, is just 13 miles away. Here guests can hire a boat for the day and explore the wonders of the Broads from the water. Perfect for the younger ones in your family is BeWILDerwood outdoor adventure park, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade and Wroxham Barns with its fun park, petting farm, craft barns and restaurants. There are National Trust properties worth visiting in the region including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall and their gardens. Alternatively, spend a day in the fine city of Norwich with its cathedrals, museums, theatres, cobbled streets and array of shops and cafés. The bustling market town of North Walsham is 5½ miles away with shops and a train station with a service to Norwich. Sea and river fishing can be found locally, and the area is renowned for cycling. Take a boat trip from Blakeney Quay to visit the basking seal colonies or go crabbing along the quayside. Golf courses at Mundesley, Cromer and Sheringham. Beach ¾ mile. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
