This quaint, B listed holiday cottage on the edge of North Berwick, is just a 5-minute walk from Glen Golf Course and the beach, and is perfect for golfing or holidaying with families and friends. The cottage is situated on the end of a U-shaped group of original farm cottages, once part of the Dalrymple Estate. It is comfortably furnished and the cosy living area looks out onto a shared garden at the front, while the enclosed garden at the rear has a great view of the second tee with the Bass Rock beyond. There is an eclectic mix of shops, cafés and restaurants in North Berwick, just a 10-minute walk along the shore. Visit the Scottish Seabird Centre and take a boat trip for a three island safari. Tantallon Castle on its rocky promontory is a good excursion, as is the National Museum of Flight and also Foxlake Adventure Centre, 8 miles away. East Lothian has twenty two golf courses, from little gems to championship courses, and for day trips there is easy access into Edinburgh by train. Beach 330 yards. Shop 440 yards, pub 1 mile, restaurant ½ mile.
