Comfortably furnished in a contemporary style, it is an ideal base from which to take day trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Scottish coastline. Nearby Ratho, 2 miles, has the International Climbing Arena with the world’s largest indoor climbing wall and lots of child orientated activities. The Union Canal goes through Ratho and the pub is well worth a visit. Dalmahoy Country Club attracts golfers of all levels, and there are grand houses and gardens at Hopetoun and Dalmeny. Head over the magnificent Queensferry Crossing to explore fishing villages, beaches and excellent golf courses in Fife, or further north to Perth and the Trossachs. Beach 10 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
