A great location for water sports enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists, rock climbing, bird watching and of course, perfect for simply relaxing.

Internally, the spacious living areas are completed to a high standard with oak flooring, porcelain tiles and quality modern furnishings throughout. The sizeable master bedroom and living room offer beautiful views over Chesil Beach, extending out across the English Channel, The Fleet and Weymouth Bay. Externally, the enclosed, private garden is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring and is great for children.

Jurassica House is within walking distance to the cafés, art houses, pubs and general shops of Portland. Also within a short walk is the truly magnificent Chesil Beach, an 18-mile long shingle beach of National Heritage importance. The new international Marina is a 5-minute walk from the house and diving trips operate from here. Kite-surfing, sailing and windsurfing are among the water sports available. At the end of the road is Osprey Leisure Centre, offering an indoor swimming pool, gym, squash courts and other leisure activities. The iconic Portland Bill lighthouse is a nearby visitors’ attraction.

The traditional Georgian seaside town of Weymouth can be reached within a 15-minute drive. The glorious stretch of golden sandy beach is complete with traditional Punch and Judy shows and donkey rides in the summer.

Weymouth offers an abundance of high street shops, with a large department store alongside small independent shops, boutiques and restaurants. Brimming with attractions for family fun, visit the Sea Life Park and Marine Sanctuary or take in a show at the Pavilion Theatre.
