These waterfront houses are just a stone’s throw away from the beach and have been finished to a very high standard benefiting from a balcony with fabulous views out to sea, underfloor heating throughout and allocated parking. Situated in Portwinkle, the popular seaside resort of Looe is within a 20-minute drive.

Portwrinkle is a small village on the south east coast of Cornwall with a fine view along Whitsand Bay and a history which stretches back to medieval times. Portwrinkle has two sand and shingle beaches, one of which is Finnygook Beach and is popular with experienced surfers, plus there are plenty of rock pools for the kids to explore.
The South West Coast Path is just 50 yards away and is perfect for enjoying a leisurely walk, whilst taking in the spectacular views of the coastline. The dramatic views can be enjoyed from the nearby golf course which offers a combination challenging and straight forward holes to suit all levels of ability.

Nearby is a superb eatery that uses only locally sourced produce. For a traditional pub lunch, the local inn is worth a visit and is within a 10-minute walk, as is the community shop which offers newspapers, milk, lovely homemade cakes and essentials.
