Tone Dale is an impressive, elegant Georgian Palladian style Villa, set in four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and shortly to include a hot tub. This large house is available to rent for big parties, country house weddings, holidays and Corporate events.

The property comprises the main house sleeping 21 and the Stables accommodating a further 10. The main house is large enough and fully equipped for 31 guests. The grounds including terrace are stylishly landscaped giving total privacy to guests. First built by Thomas Fox in 1797, the house and gardens have been carefully restored by the Big House Co.

Ground floor. Entrance is through the grand (40ft) Hall. Off the hall is a fully equipped kitchen together with a scullery and jam room. The drawing and dining rooms are where guests can unwind in comfort and style with a roaring log fire, amid many antiques and family portraits. The more energetic can retire to the Long Room for a game of table tennis or pool. The party room. Leading off from the dining room the air conditioned party room has a 60” plasma screen and an integrated sound and lighting system which is ideal for staging your own disco and can also be used for formal presentations. First floor. There are seven bedrooms (and 6 shower/bathrooms) all reflecting fascinating and different aspects of the history of the house and family. They are comfortably furnished, with sumptuous beds. 3 are en suite. The 11th bedroom is the ivy clad Old Laundry, a charming, very large bedroom suite with a gallery and its own bathroom. Second floor. Originally the maids’ quarters but today there is a twin bedded room and a double/twin room with a further single room en suite.
