Manor House dating back to 1262 set in two acres of land with fine views of farmland, set behind a ancient avenue of lime tress, nine bedrooms with 6 en-suite all rooms have large flat screen TV's with digital Sky & BT Sport and DVD players 6 rooms also have tea & coffee making facilites, can sleep 25 with extra sofa beds
in four bedrooms and one downstairs in sitting/children room, we also have extra camp beds & cots so it could sleep more with all beds out but we do charge for each extra bed.
All rooms are very spacious 4 rooms with wood burning stoves, 2 sitting rooms one for grown up and one for children both with large 80 & 70 inch TVs and a very large kitchen to dine and entertain also separate large dining room for those special occasions. And a further new reception room for 2016 6.5x5.5 meters sunny orangery.
Property is used for B&B sometimes & is very well equipped and graded with 5 stars gold award
Close to Canterbury, Dover, Sandwich, Famous Links Golf courses Royal St Georges's, Prince's & Royal Cinque Ports and only five minutes from the beach
