Mountain bikes can be washed and stored in a secure area, and there is parking for 4 cars.
Offering easy access to walks along the canal and the river meadows alongside the Usk , Brecon theatre is also only a couple of minutes away.
Brecon Rugby Club is on the opposite side of this quiet lane. Occasionally at weekends the rugby club hosts functions, potentially with live music.
Canal House offers ample space for a family group celebration or for a group of friends on a weekend away.

The accommodation downstairs comprises a large kitchen/dining room with long kitchen table and chairs for at least 12 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with a larder fridge, an electric fan-assisted oven and a five ring gas stove , microwave, washing machine, preparation areas and two sinks. Plenty of work and storage areas and is fully equipped for group catering, with a large freezer and iron and ironing board in a separate utility room.
The sitting room is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs and has a 40" TV and DVD player with a large cupboard very well-stocked with books, board games and toys with various local maps and local information. With a gas flame effect stove adding warmth and cosiness to the room for the winter months, but there is efficient gas fired central heating throughout. French doors lead out onto a spacious patio area with large table and chairs and a barbeque with lots of tubs of flowers.
A separate games room is ideal for everyone, with a "chill-out" space with a sofa and beanbags, a 46" TV, DVD, Wii and a Pool Table.
The separate utility room has hanging space for coats and storage for walking boots and has a downstairs shower, toilet and handbasin.
