THEREFORE WE ASK IF YOU COULD REFRAIN FROM SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT AND THE CORRIDORS OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT AND DISPOSE OF ANY RUBBISH IN THE ALLOCATED BIN OUTSIDE. SO IT IS KEPT FRESH.
FOR US TO CONTINUE TO HAVE A HOLIDAY HOME FOR YOU WE LIKE TO CONSIDER OUR NEIGHBORS.
THEREFORE WE KINDLY ASK IF YOU COULD BE CONSCIOUS OF NOISE LEVELS BEING AT REASONABLE STANDARDS, SO THAT THOSE THAT ARE LIVING IN THE APARTMENTS ARE LEFT UNDISTURBED BY YOUR HOLIDAY.

If neighbors are disturbed due to the rules and regulations below being broken your holiday may be at risk of being cut short and you may be asked to Leave and may loose full amount paid at owners discretion.
