Derwent House is fully equipped to meet the needs of groups of up to 12 people. There are two lounges that provide a range of seating, a large well equipped kitchen and a dining room with one table seating 12 people.
Many of our guests use the house to celebrate a special occasion and our aim is to ensure that the house provides well for this. There are a range of cooking utensils, 2 ovens, 7 gas rings and a large fridge. There is also ample matching crockery and cutlery for a special meal in the dining room overlooking Knowleston Gardens. WIFI available

Each room is individually designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment. Downstairs there is ample space to socialise together or take some time to relax, read or listen to music. Each bedroom is individually designed and four have en-suite facilities. In addition, the Victorian style bathroom, with roll-top bath, is ideal to relax after a day enjoying the delights of the Peak District.
