On the mezzanine level is another comfortable lounge area with river views. There is a large sofa for 3, two comfortable armchairs and two occasional chairs along with side tables and lamps for reading.
There are two charming double bedrooms. The first has a pretty chandelier, 5’ king sized bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and easy chair with two original sash windows overlooking Pulteney Bridge Road. The second room has a pretty 4’6” double bed and a large contemporary ensuite shower room with a shower, hand basin and wc.
