In the summer it is bright and airy, the open plan living area opening into the fully enclosed garden.
It is equipped for holidaying with children with a fab bunk/play room and a new kitchen for 2023. It is close to the picturesque village of Port Isaac and a 10 minute drive from beaches including Polzeath famous for it's surfing, Daymer Bay for windsurfing and sand castles and a few minutes further to Rock for it's sheltered sailing and water sports (SUP, water skiing, wakeboarding). Golf, swimming and tennis are also nearby. The spectacular coastline can be seen from the bedrooms and there are footpaths from Pendoggett both to the coast (Port Gaverne with The Pilchards Tapas Restaurant) and inland. The local pub is a hop across the road and there are many other pubs and restaurants close by.

Located in Bodmin, this vacation home is near the beach. King Arthur's Great Halls and Tintagel Old Post Office are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Cornish Coast Day Adventures and Pengenna Pasties. Camel Creek Adventure Park and Retallack Water Sports are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Water skiing, motor boating and sailing adventures can be found near the property.
