Bedroom 1: With double bed, Freeview TV and en-suite wet room with shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Separate toilet.. Air source heat pump underfloor heating, solar panels, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair available on request.. Enclosed patio with garden furniture, BBQ and fire pit. Hot tub (private). 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Ty Cameron is a semi-detached barn conversion teeming with character and boasts a focal wood burner and beamed ceilings throughout. Enjoy cosy evenings infront of the fire, or in the summer, soak up the sun in the hot tub or on the pretty enclosed patio. Ty Cameron even has a neutral carbon footprint complete with solar panels and air source underfloor heating throughout. The owners have meticulously reused materials to create a unique characterful cottage.
The beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach are only 3 miles away, explore the rock pools, coves and caves and don’t forget the barbecue. The harbour town of Fishguard, 3 miles, has a host of restaurants focusing on local produce and fresh line-caught bass. Locally you can spot dolphins on a boat trip from nearby Cardigan. Inland you will stumble across the majestic Cenarth Falls which, if you time it right in the Autumn, you can see the salmon and sea trout leaping up the falls - a really magnificent sight, and don’t forget the 186 miles of National Park coastline just waiting to be explored. A 40-minute drive takes you to the famous walled town of Tenby, it is truly unforgettable with its pretty beach, cobbled streets and stunning harbour. Folly Farm Zoo and Oakwood Theme Park are also great for entertaining the family. Beach 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 3 miles, pub ½ mile.
Ty Cameron can be booked together with Ty Hendre (UK6208) and Ty Hapus (UK6207) to accommodate up to 15 guests.
