Sea Breeze is a single-storey detached bungalow, on the coast of Clacton-on-Sea, in Essex. This well-managed property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard. Boasting spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living area and well-equipped kitchen, this is a perfect base for family and friends looking for a destination by the sea. It has sea views from the front of the property and lies just a short stroll to the beach. The large enclosed garden is a great feature for pets and children to enjoy the outdoor space and for adults to cook an alfresco supper. The property is easily accessible with private parking and access for wheelchair users. There are many walks and cycling routes nearby and plenty of local attractions including the award-winning beaches, Clacton-on-Sea Golf Course, sea fishing and wind surfing. The famous Clacton-on-Sea pier hosts several attractions and an array of shops, bars, restaurants and theatre; alternatively you can enjoy a new movie in the cinema. Further afield, guests can explore the historic town of Colchester, the oldest recorded town in Britain. Take a step back in time and visit the historic villages in Essex and Constable Country in nearby Suffolk. For a trip to the capital, London is around 1 hour 20 minutes away by train for a day exploring and enjoying the many attractions London has to offer. Beach 100 yards.
