High Knowle is a luxurious, detached, architect-designed house with an impressively spacious interior; very suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Situated in a peaceful and leafy area of Monmouth, opposite the owners’ home, it is perfectly situated for exploring the town and surrounding area. The large wrap-around garden has patio areas and plenty of space for relaxing or eating alfresco. Inside, the open plan design flows nicely and gives a spacious and luxury air, from the high quality kitchen to the magnificent sun room with ceiling windows and large sofas. Adjacent to the dining area is a games room, and there is also a ground floor twin bedroom and a separate toilet.
