Allt Beag enjoys a wonderfully quiet and private setting on the banks of the Dulnain River, and offers good quality, spacious accommodation with panoramic views across the open countryside. This detached house makes the perfect base for exploring this beautiful part of the Highlands. Within easy walking distance are the local amenities in the village of Carrbridge, which include a shop, restaurant, pub and a golf course just over the road, as well as the wonderful Landmark Forest Adventure Park, where adults and children alike can have a fun filled day out.

The house is only 7 miles from the bustling town of Aviemore, which is also situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and at the head of the Speyside Way. The whole area boasts a wide range of outdoor activities including skiing and snowboarding, mountain and quad biking, zip lining, zorbing, climbing, hill walking and a variety of water sports on the nearby Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and the River Spey. Take a trip on the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre or the Highland Wildlife Park at nearby Kingussie. Enjoy a round of golf at the Spey Valley golf course, and the Dalfaber Resort has an extensive array of leisure activities.

Further afield, take a trip to Inverness, the Highland capital, or explore the Moray coastline, which is peppered with little fishing villages and beautiful beaches, and was voted in the top 20 the best coastline destinations in the world! This is a super base for exploring the many delights this area has to offer, and there is so much to see and do for all ages. For the less energetic, sit back, relax and unwind enjoying the warmth of the wood burner and watch the abundance of wildlife you will see from the house.
